Sabrina Greco’s directorial debut, Lockjaw, is set to make its world premiere at Slamdance 2025. The film follows a young woman six weeks after a drunk driving accident that left her jaw wired shut, forcing her to navigate social situations without drinking while struggling to find her place again. Will she be seen as a party buzzkill or learn to adapt back into the fold?
Lockjaw will debut Saturday, February 22, at the Slamdance Film Festival, introducing audiences to Greco’s bold vision. The film stars Blu Hunt, Colin Burgess, Nick Corirossi, Kevin Grossman, Ally Davis, Sally Sum, and Lena Redford. Stay tuned for more updates as the festival approaches!
6 weeks after a drunk driving accident that left her jaw wired shut, Rayna tries to have a fun first night back out with her friends. She is restless after promising her new boyfriend, Mitch, that she will not drink. This restlessness leads to party hopping where the group eventually ends up at an another house owned by Cleo and Robert, an artist and magician respectively. While everyone else tries to have a good time, Rayna strains her existing relationships and makes new enemies.
