Directed by Sasha Rainbow, Grafted follows Wei, a shy Chinese scholarship student who travels to New Zealand to study medical research at a prestigious university. Hiding a genetic facial birthmark, Wei struggles to fit in, facing rejection from her social butterfly cousin Angela and her glamorous circle of friends.
Determined to change her life, Wei dives into her late father’s revolutionary skin grafting research, hoping to cure her deformity. However, her experiments take a sinister turn, pushing her to dangerous extremes as she becomes willing to eliminate anyone who threatens her secret.
